Geyer collaborated with Suncorp to develop a destinational store of 400m2 across two levels in the heart of Sydney’s busy retail precinct; the first of its kind on Pitt Street Mall. Geyer and Suncorp pushed the boundaries of what a financial services experience could be, shaping the retail experience around the customer. The result is an inviting environment and an empowering experience where people feel welcomed and comfortable to discuss all their financial needs.
Cathay Pacific’s new lounge is the first business class lounge constructed in the upgraded Terminal 4 at Changi Airport, Singapore. The design features a myriad of high-end spaces that align to Cathay Pacific’s global design guidelines while reflecting the local nuances of the region. The lounge is intuitive, reassuring, practical, friendly and refreshing – reinforcing and strengthening Cathay Pacific’s authentic brand positioning and status as a premium airline.
Westpac’s striking new headquarters in Perth embraces a relaxed tone driven by local character, delivering a truly agile workplace that sets a new benchmark within the Westpac Group portfolio. The diverse landscape of settings levels encourages the WA team to be adaptable, resilient and connected. The strategic and empathic design invites in the local community and elements of nature.
The integrated design for TOLL’s logistics operational headquarters at Tuas, Singapore, offers a smart office space for the company’s administration and logistics management staff to promote collaboration.
Toll City is a 7-storey development located in Tuas, Singapore with Toll’s logistics operational headquarters occupying the building’s two upper levels. As leading provider of integrated logistics services in the Asia Pacific region, Toll sought an environment that would support and enhance the company’s brand identity.
Level 4 108 St Georges is a speculative corporate fit-out in the Perth CBD. Brookfield is showcasing the building and the possibilities for office location through the Geyer designed workplace. The project activates a previously undefined service floor into an integrated fit-out of contemporary, open-plan work and supporting spaces. Brookfield gave the design team creative license to develop the concept beyond the parameters of typical show suite spaces, enabling the delivery of a sophisticated and forward-thinking solution that appeals to a broad range of business clientele.
As a leading international law firm headquartered in Asia, King & Wood Mallesons is recognised as one of the world’s most innovative. With a team of over 2000 lawyers in 26 locations around the internationally, KWM wanted their office in Australia to capitalise on new ways of working.

Telstra’s goal was to create a new, world-class concept where customers and staff can experience a ‘Brilliant Connected Future’ and ‘Improve the way our people live and work’. Following the successful implementation of the Store of the Future concept in the Melbourne Central store, Telstra commissioned Geyer to design a new flagship store concept located on George Street, Sydney and opened in November 2014.
Westpac’s new headquarters at Barangaroo Tower 2 occupies 60,000m2, accommodates 6,000 people and has set a new benchmark in ABW (activity based working) in regards to a people centric solution. As principle tenant of Barangaroo Tower 2, Westpac’s new workplace is one of the largest office complexes in Australia. With the adjacent Westpac Place, this site will support a potential Westpac workforce of up to 15,000 people.

The Sydney Paramatta Store breaks down the parameters of traditional banking and creates a place where customers feel welcome and unintimidated about their financial needs.
A vibrant hub for student experiences at Curtin University. Designed to provide an excellent experience for students and enable staff to provide personalised, responsive and agile customer service in a great working environment.
Using a behaviour-centred design ethos, Melbournes Flagship Discovery Store places customers, staff and communities at its heart, supporting Telstra’s brand to ‘Create a Brilliant Connected Future’ and bridging the physical and online divide for their retail store design.
The building faces Melbourne’s Bourke Street Mall and has previously failed as a 2-level retail space. A new retail environment alone would not achieve the level of difference required for success. The new store design must challenge and change ways of thinking and doing. The interior design needed to change staff assumptions and behaviours. It had to change the function and responsibility of a ‘retail store’. The new fitout must offer ways of integrating digital, physical and human touchpoints. A successful store refurbishment would create ‘signature’ experiences to educate and add value to customers visits, so they leave ‘better off’.

A new, contemporary agile head office workplace for 360 people gives Bank of Melbourne a platform to support, nurture and realise their potential. It will drive continued success. The new workplace at Rialto needed to define and differentiate the bank from their ‘older brother’, Westpac. It also needed to provide a place for customers and the community to meet and engage.
The largest, stand-alone tax and duty free store in the world, Heinemann’s new Tax & Duty Free retail environment at Sydney Airport also brings curated, local products to international travellers. The retail design focus was on understanding the unique requirements of a travelling shopper. Their pressures, needs and mindsets are vastly different to a regular shopping centre customer.

Creating a modern, flexible and collaborative study space to the improve student experience. The University of Newcastle sought to refurbish a lounge area of the Auchmuty Library, located on the Callaghan Campus University of Newcastle. This formed a further stage of the incremental modernising of the Library.
The Student Administration Services (SAS) Hub at the University of Sydney manages the student lifecycle from admissions and enrollment, and throughout their candidature. The University was intent on providing better, more efficient services through one central hub.
Rabobank HQ is a pioneer of agile working. It's parent company, Interpolis put in place the world’s first recognised agile workplace model in the Netherlands. Rabobank turned to Geyer to design and instigate a similar business transformation in Australia. A new working environment to house a ‘nomadic colony’ that would create a ‘cooperative knowledge exchange’ where visitors could experience the cultural attributes of warmth, commitment and expertise that differentiates Rabobank.
JWT’s new Sydney office marries brand and building rebirth. On Sydney’s CBD fringe, the emergent workplace supports the recent global rebranding and celebrates JWT’s local presence with a fresh face - a unique, dynamic space. The refurbishment of JWT’s new premises in a heritage conversion in Pyrmont was the perfect opportunity to trial the ABW concept within WPP’s portfolio of businesses.

It is an opportunity to showcase its cultural transformation from a traditional health insurer to an organisation focused on the health and wellbeing of its staff and members, as well as the Western Australian community.

The new CapitaLand headquarters located within CapitalTower in Singapore is future focused. The office interior design needed to be flexible enough to meet today’s needs and to remain relevant in the long term. CapitaLand's key drivers were Porosity, Camaraderie, Character, Progressiveness and Endurance. The interior design was an opportunity to engrain these concepts in the workplace. They wanted to align the physical space with the working styles to foster collaboration, creativity, connectivity, flexibility and a more egalitarian operating model.

Gold miner Barrick approached Geyer to consolidate offices into one ‘home’, but also used the move as an opportunity to encourage behavioural transformation. Geyer was given the opportunity to recommend the location of the building through a building assessment. We were then engaged to design a new working environment and fitout for the chosen building.

As the global HQ of one of the world’s leading companies, the headquarters would be the place the world will look to for evidence of BHP Billiton’s leadership and stewardship, on a global and human scale. Operational efficiency was also a primary driver, with all decision-making measured against BHP Billiton’s charter of simplicity, accountability, sustainability, performance, and integrity.

Law firms are not longer chestnut and brown. Changing attitudes and new technologies sweep away the cobwebs. When Minter Ellison established its own office in Perth, Squire Sanders took this opportunity to develop a new, independent culture and wanted its workplace to reflect this. Above all, they wanted a space that would connect them to each other and to clients. They wanted a timeless elegance that would stand the test of time. They also saw this an opportunity to adopt newer working styles in an open, transparent environment.
Qantas makes sure that every airport doesn’t ‘look the same’. They want to exceed the expectations of their premium business travellers with a unique luxury experience in every airport. Qantas approached Geyer to create a world class hospitality design within brand guide lines, but would also reflect the reflect the flavours of the region.
Owned by Singapore-based SilverNeedle Hospitality Group (SNH), Chifley Hotel at Lennons was an underperforming asset. They trusted Geyer to transform the 40 year old shell into the worlds first 4.5 star NEXT Hotel. The new hotel design encompassed the refurbishment of existing guest rooms and lobby, 150 new rooms and significant upgrades to building infrastructure. Completey new hospitality environments were added new pool, restaurants, bars, and retail environments.
American Express were looking to their new accommodation to help them achieve business goals and cultural aspirations. The project was to drive further development of the American Express ‘Bluework’ program, which combines property, human resources and technology to achieve a workplace that is more responsive to the demands of today’s workers and their business.
Two new Singapore workplaces – one a new suburban development MBC and the other a smaller city hub MBFC provided the company with the opportunity to leverage investment in infrastructure, technology and tools to drive growth and service efficiency.
